Googling unsecured webcams

Boing Boing: Googling unsecured webcams:
Cleverly-aliased BoingBoing reader numlok whispers:

This is both very cool and very scary. Use these search strings below with Google, and you will find hundreds (thousands?) of unsecured webcam feeds (most seem to be security cams).

I just ran across this post on a blog that I read now and then. What you do is start a Google search using either of those strings above that I've highlighted in Red. What it does is give you an enormous list of webcams. Most of them seem to be security cameras like the post above states. The amazing thing about these cameras is that you can actually MOVE them! Some of them are in-store feeds and you can watch the mannequins as they wait for the owners to open the store again.

The funniest thing about these feeds is that they're "SECURITY CAMERAS" that have NO security themselves. There should be no legal reason to keep you from viewing these either. The owners have forfeited their right to privacy by placing the cameras on line, without ANY form of protection. This is so easy that a child could do it. Enjoy them while they last!
